a certificate purporting to be unuer the hand of the Chief Financial Adviser, or such person as ne May in writing autorise in that belalı, anu setting forth that the sum claimed is due or payable to the Crown to a Government department and that the person sued is ilable for the payment thereof and specifying the nature anu particulars of the claim suali ve prima facie eviuence of the facts certified therein and of the signature of the Chiel Financial Adviser of of such other person authorised by him and likewise of the authorisation of suun other person.

(2) Any certificate under this section may be made in forms in the Schedule to the Crown kemedies Ürdinace, 1875, or in similar forms with any necessary variations and adaptations.

35. In any action under the foregoing provisions the Chief Financial Adviser, or such other person authorised Financial Adviser. by him, shall sue as the Chier Financial Adviser, but may be represented in court by any person whom he may appoint in that benalf.

Interest.

Saving of

other remedies.

36. In any action under this part of this Proclamation. the court may award interest at tue rate of eight per cent per annum on the sun recovered from the day when the same became que or payable.

37. Nothing in this Proclamation shall affect any other remedy of the Crown for the recovery of suen sums as aforesaid.
